▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified copper-based conductive ink includes 20-30 pts. wt. copper powder, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene modified additives, 0.02-10 pts. wt. nitrocellulose, 0.001-3 pts. wt. additive, 0.001-3 pts. wt. antioxidants, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. wetting agents, 10-20 pts. wt. adhesives, and 40-70 pts. wt. organic solvents. The copper powder is a reduced copper powder having a particle diameter of 50-80 nm. USE - Graphene-modified copper-based conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified copper-based conductive ink has excellent electrical conductivity, strong adhesion, good flexibility, high hardness and simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified copper-based conductive ink, which involves: (A) mixing nitrocellulose, additives, antioxidants, dispersants, wetting agents and graphene modified additives in a disperser with stirring; (B) mixing copper powder and organic solvent by grinding into the mixed solution; (C) adding the mixed solution to the dispersing machine with stirring uniformly; (D) adding adhesive in the dispersion machine with stirring uniformly; and (E) standing the resulting mixture at constant temperature to obtain the graphene modified copper conductive ink.
