NOVELTY - The method involves forming connecting an optical system with a coupling prism that is connected with a transparent substrate of a humidity sensor. A graphene oxide composite film is formed on the detection area. A light beam is reflected by polarization splitting. A photovoltaic conversion device is connected with a voltage signal collecting device. Refractive index information and a reflected light signal are carried into voltage signal to be stored. The composite film of sensor is exposed. A humidity atmosphere is measured. The voltage signal is collected by a humidity collecting result. USE - Graphene oxide composite film based environment humidity sensing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting environment humidity. The method enables quickly absorbing the moisture of the humidity environment, and reflecting wavelength of the incident light.
