NOVELTY - Noble metal electrocatalyst comprises 70-80 wt.% reduced graphene oxide as carbon supporter, manganese oxide which is primary transition metal oxide, titanium oxide which is a secondary metal oxide and noble metal nanostructure. USE - The noble metal electrocatalyst is useful for performing oxidation reaction of hydroxy groups. ADVANTAGE - The noble metal electrocatalyst has excellent catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing noble metal electrocatalyst, comprising (a) preparing manganese oxide, (b) preparing titanium, (c) preparing reduced graphene oxide, (d) preparing noble metal electrocatalyst containing70-80 wt.% carbon material-transition metal oxide-metal oxide.
