▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of metal-organic framework-modified graphene/polymer hybrid proton exchange membrane comprises adding metal organic framework-modified graphene to polymer solution and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain casting solution; carrying out coating deposition, placing in oven at 60-70 degrees C, and heating to 110-150 degrees C; vacuumizing at 12-36 hours; and soaking in hydrogen peroxide solution and acid and activating. USE - Method for preparing metal-organic framework-modified graphene/polymer hybrid proton exchange membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The proton exchange membrane effectively increases proton conductivity, inhibits methanol permeability, avoids formation of multi-layer graphene, increases proton transfer rate, and has selectivity function. The method is simple, has mild condition, and is easy to mass produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of metal-organic framework-modified graphene/polymer hybrid proton exchange membrane comprises adding metal organic framework-modified graphene to polymer solution and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain casting solution; carrying out coating deposition, placing in oven at 60-70 degrees C, and heating to 110-150 degrees C; vacuumizing at 12-36 hours; and soaking in hydrogen peroxide solution and acid and activating, where metal organic framework is metal organic framework-5, zeolitic imidazolate framework-8, copper nodes with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid metal organic framework (HKUST), or chromium terephthalate metal-organic framework (MIL-101) and polymer solution is perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone, polybenzimidazole, or homogeneous solution of sulfonated polyimide.
