NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive liquid, comprises adding the dispersant and stabilizer into the organic solvent and uniformly stirring to obtain the auxiliary agent solution, where the dispersant comprises polyquaternium salt, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, polystyrene sulfonate, polyacrylate, and/or cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, and the stabilizer comprises polyamide and/or polyether, adding expanded graphite with a water content of less than 1500 ppm into the additive solution, and dispersing to obtain a mixed dispersion, and ultrasonically treating the mixed dispersion liquid at a power of 1.5-3 kW to obtain a graphene conductive liquid whose D50 particle size of graphene is 2-30 μm, where the graphene conductive liquid includes 2-5 wt.% graphene, 0.5-1.5 wt.% dispersant, and 0-1 wt.% stabilizer. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene conductive liquid, which is useful in an anode slurry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, high yield to graphene the conductive liquid with excellent conductivity, and can be directly used for battery anode. The method is suitable for industrial mass production. The organic solvent used in the method is normal solvent for preparing battery anode, which helps to graphene and is directly mixed with anode active material to obtain the anode slurry, without need to remove the solvent by centrifuging, and then dispersing treatment, reducing the process cost. The dispersant can improve the dispersion effect of the expanded graphite in the mixed dispersion, the stabilizing agent can reduce the accumulation of the expansion graphite. The graphene has high surface energy and surface energy of the graphene can be matched with high degree, it reduces the energy needed by stripping expansion graphite.
