NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene aluminum alloy profile involves: (1) grinding graphene and aluminum powder using a ball mill to form composite particles of graphene and aluminum powder; (2) rolling the composite particles into a sheet component with a thickness of 0.5-1 mm; (3) heating and melting aluminum alloy ingot into liquid to form an aluminum liquid, and stirring; and (4) adding the sheet component obtained in step (2) to the aluminum liquid obtained in step (3), keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 hour, and then pouring the aluminum liquid to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene aluminum alloy profile. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene aluminum alloy profile involves: (1) grinding graphene and aluminum powder using a ball mill to form composite particles of graphene and aluminum powder, where the composite particles have a particle size of 3-5 mm; (2) rolling the composite particles into a sheet component with a thickness of 0.5-1 mm; (3) heating and melting aluminum alloy ingot into liquid to form an aluminum liquid, and stirring; and (4) adding the sheet component obtained in step (2) to the aluminum liquid obtained in step (3), keeping the temperature for 0.5-1 hour, and then pouring the aluminum liquid to obtain the product. In the graphene aluminum alloy profile, the weight percentage of graphene is 1-3%, the thickness of the graphene is 5-10 nm and the particle size of the graphene is 2-20 mu m.
