NOVELTY - Graphite tube comprises 50-70 pts. wt. graphite powder, 20-25 pts. wt. phenolic resin and 2-3 pts. wt. graphene. The preparation of the graphite tube comprises (i) mixing graphite powder, phenolic resin and graphene, crushing, adding into mechanical feed box and mixing; (ii) extrusion molding; (iii) arranging die and pipe outlet section in the extrusion molding die, keeping die temperature control at 90-100 degrees C and pipe outlet temperature at 180-200 degrees C; and (iv) checking the tubular semi-finished products and taking out the defective, flawless and good length finished graphite tube. USE - Used as graphite tube. ADVANTAGE - The tube has excellent corrosion resistance property, tensile and compressive mechanical property and excellent heat conducting property of graphite tube. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite tube comprises 50-70 pts. wt. graphite powder, 20-25 pts. wt. phenolic resin and 2-3 pts. wt. graphene. The preparation of the graphite tube comprises (i) taking graphite powder, phenolic resin and graphene, mixing, crushing, adding the crushed material into mechanical feed box, mixing in torch machine and controlling the mechanical tank current to 8-10 amps; (ii) adding the mixed material into the extrusion molding die, extrusion molding and obtaining tubular semi-finished products; (iii) arranging die and pipe outlet section in the extrusion molding die, keeping die temperature control at 90-100 degrees C and pipe outlet temperature at 180-200 degrees C; and (iv) checking the tubular semi-finished products and taking out the defective, flawless and good length finished graphite tube.
