NOVELTY - Heterojunction with intrinsic thin film solar cell main fine gate universal silver paste comprises 15-19 wt.% micron-sized sheet silver powder, 68-72 wt.% sub-micron spherical silver powder and 3-7 wt.%. nano-spherical silver powder, 0.12-0.16 wt.% filler, 2-4 wt.% resin, 0.1 -0.2 wt.% modifier, 3-5 wt.% solvent, 0.1 -0.2 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1- 0.2 wt.% dispersant, 0.0 1-0.2 wt.% curing agent, and 0.1-0 2 wt.% accelerator and 0.08 -0.16 wt.% wetting agent. USE - The paste is useful in solar battery metallization technology field, photovoltaic cell technology, P-type to N-type iteration trend, TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passic Contacts) tunneling oxide layer contact the battery. ADVANTAGE - The HJT solar cell main grid universal silver paste can realize the main, fine grid one-step printing, and can reduce the total resistivity, improve the adhesion, the dispersibility of the slurry, thixotropy and weather resistance.
