▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The ultra-high frequency resonator has a resonator that is arranged with positive and negative electrodes distributed in several graphene structures on the upper part of a piezoelectric layer material. The positive and negative electrodes are equal in size. The shape is the same, and the distance between two adjacent electrodes is equal. Each positive electrode is next to three negative electrodes. Each negative electrode is next to three positive electrodes. The three adjacent positive electrodes and three adjacent negative electrodes are arranged together to form a positive hexagon. The six electrodes are the six vertices of a regular hexagon. The regular hexagons are formed together to form a graphene-like structure on the surface of the piezoelectric layer material. USE - Ultra-high frequency resonator with graphene-like structure. ADVANTAGE - The resonator effectively improve resonance frequency and electromechanical coupling coefficient. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of ultra-high frequency resonator with a graphene-like structure. Piezoelectric layer (1) Electrode (2)
