▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum disulfide/graphene nanocomposite material comprises e.g. (i) dispersing graphite oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding sulfuric acid to solution, and ultrasonic mixing to obtain mixed solution, and (ii) dissolving molybdenum salt, sulfur source and urea in mixed solvent of water and organic solvent, placing three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide in the solution, transferring mixed solution and three-dimensional columnar reductive graphene oxide into hydrothermal reactor, washing and drying product to obtain final product. USE - The molybdenum disulfide/graphene nanocomposite material is useful in lithium-ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The molybdenum disulfide/graphene nanocomposite material has large specific surface area, solves the agglomeration problem of graphene and molybdenum disulfide, and has good cycle stability and high specific energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing molybdenum disulfide/graphene nanocomposite material comprises (i) dispersing graphite oxide in water under ultrasound system to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding sulfuric acid to the solution, and ultrasonic mixing to obtain mixed solution, transferring mixture into reaction kettle at 160-260 degrees C for 18-30 hours, removing and washing to obtain three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide, preferably reaction is carried out at 190-220 degrees C for 20-24 hours, and (ii) dissolving molybdenum salt, sulfur source and urea in mixed solvent of water and organic solvent, formulating into mixed solution, placing three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide in the solution and immersing at 3-60 degrees C for one day, preferably at 10-30 degrees C for 1-2 days, finally transferring mixed solution and three-dimensional columnar reductive graphene oxide into hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 160-240 degrees C for 18-30 hours, preferably at 180-210 degrees C for 20-24 hours, washing and drying product to obtain final product. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) lithium-ion battery cathode material comprising molybdenum disulfide/graphene nanocomposite material; and (2) lithium-ion battery comprising lithium-ion battery cathode material made up of molybdenum disulfide/ graphene nanocomposite material.
