ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in production process, safe, green, and cost-effective, and meets the needs of large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicon-nitrogen co-doped graphene material comprising mixing the materials containing silicon source, carbon source and nitrogen source and adding water to dissolve, and evaporating to dryness at 70-90 degrees C to obtain a uniformly mixed powder solid, and calcining in a nitrogen muffle furnace at high temperature to obtain the product.
