▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a reaction chamber (1) which is provided with a graphite clapboard. The graphite clapboard divides the reaction chamber into a first reaction zone (8) and a second reaction zone (9) in parallel. The graphite clapboard is uniformly provided with multiple diffusion holes (10). The first reaction zone is connected with second reaction zone through diffusion hole. A natural gas pipe (3) is connected with first reaction zone, and a micropore aerator (6) is set in the second reaction zone. An inert gas pipe (4) is connected with micropore aerator, and a stirring drive device (5) is configured for controlling rotation of micro-pore aerator. USE - Reaction device used for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The reaction device forms tiny bubbles in the molten alloy catalyst through high-speed rotating microporous aerator, so that the saturated carbon atoms are isothermal precipitated on surface of the bubbles to form graphene, and floats out with bubbles to obtain graphene with uniform thickness and excellent quality.
