NOVELTY - Polymer dispersed liquid crystal display device comprises a first transparent support substrate (12); a first silver nanowire transparent electrode (14) formed on the first transparent support substrate; a first overcoat layer (17) formed on the first silver nanowire transparent electrode; a polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) (15) layer formed on the first overcoat layer; a second overcoat layer formed on the PDLC layer; a second silver nanowire transparent electrode (13) formed on the second overcoat layer; and a second transparent support substrate formed on the second silver nanowire transparent electrode. The first and second overcoat layers includes UV curable acrylates, conductive metal oxides, and conductive carbon body. The conductive carbon body is polyamine-based carbon dispersant comprising ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, triethylene, triethylenetetramine, or tetraethylenepentamine. USE - Used as liquid crystal display device. ADVANTAGE - The liquid crystal display device improves excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, low reflectivity and flexibility of the first and second silver nanowire transparent electrodes.
