NOVELTY - Growing graphene coating or carbon nanotubes on catalytic substrate involves performing chemical vapor deposition in an atmosphere in which a ratio partial pressure of oxidizing species (Pox) and the partial pressure of reduced species (Pred) is about 5x 10-6. USE - Method for growing graphene coating or carbon nanotubes on catalytic substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to grow uniform, continuous and high quality graphene coating or carbon nanotubes on catalytic substrate at a faster rate and the method is reproducible.
