▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of copper-doped graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material involves adding ethanol solution, aluminum powder, ultrasonically treated graphene oxide solution and copper sulfate solution, stirring, leaving still, clarifying supernatant, filtering, washing, drying to obtain a copper-doped graphene/aluminum composite powder, and hot-press sintering. USE - Preparation of copper-doped graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The process effectively avoids the agglomeration of graphene and interfacial reaction between graphene and aluminum by coating copper ions on the surface of the aluminum powder, and provides composite material with high microhardness increased by more than 110%.
