▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermal conductive coating comprises 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 1-3 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 5-12 pts. wt. silicone oil, and 30-40 pts. wt. modified silica gel. The modified silica gel is prepared by mixing silica gel with aniline, salicylate, methyl polyurethane, cholesterol, and aluminum powder, extruding, and granulating. USE - Thermal conductive coating for industrial equipment. ADVANTAGE - The thermal conductive coating has excellent adhesive performance, film hardness, increased heat dissipation rate, improved cooling effect, and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of thermal conductive coating, which involves adding modified silica gel and polyurethane resin into silicone oil, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes with 200-400 W, adding graphene, zinc oxide, and sodium hydroxide under stirring condition, uniformly stirring, placing in a reactor, reacting at 1-2 MPa, and drying by spraying.
