NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-modified woodware water-based antibacterial polyurethane coating comprises 100 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane, 0.5-1.5 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.25-0.75 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. organic synthetic monomer and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. additive. USE - Graphene oxide-modified woodware water-based antibacterial polyurethane coating. ADVANTAGE - The compatibility of graphene oxide in organic matter is improved, and the reactivity of graphene oxide is increased, and the antibacterial properties of the coating are improved. The full and uniform mixing of components is ensured, and the performance of the coating is studied by changing the curing time. The amount of graphene oxide added and the type of polyurethane, which is conducive to obtaining the best process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene oxide-modified woodware water-based antibacterial polyurethane coating which involves (1) weighing 100 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane, 0.5-1.5 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 0.25-0.75 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. organic Synthetic monomer and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. additive, (2) adding to an appropriate amount of ethanol solution, followed by magnetic stirring, and after stirring, obtaining a semi-finished product of the graphene oxide solution, (3) ultrasonically dispersing using an ultrasonic generator to prepare uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution product for use, (4) taking a mixer, adding the finished graphene oxide solution, and adding the silane coupling agent and organic synthesis monomer weighed in while stirring, and stirring for 30-60 minutes, after stirring, putting it into the water bath for 6-8 hours, filtering the reactant 3-5 times after the water bath is completed, cleaning the product obtained by suction filtration, and obtaining the modified graphene oxide after vacuum drying for use, (5) adding waterborne polyurethane weighed to the high shear emulsifier, and adding modified graphene oxide to perform the first emulsification shearing and full emulsification shearing after the cutting is completed, adding additives, performing second emulsification shearing, and obtaining the graphene oxide modified woodware water-based antibacterial polyurethane coating after uniform mixing, (6) coating graphene oxide modified woodware water-based antibacterial polyurethane coating made in on the woodware, and curing at room temperature for 5-7 hours, and placing the woodware in a drying oven to dry.
