NOVELTY - Three dimensional (3D) printing of ceramic substrates comprises (a) preparing mixed ceramic powder for 3D printing of ceramic substrate, (b) preparing ceramic slurry for 3D printing of ceramic substrate, (c) printing the ceramic substrate based on the digital model of the ceramic substrate. USE - The method is useful for three dimensional (3D) printing of ceramic substrates. ADVANTAGE - The substrate: has high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, electromagnetic wave absorption, and has short cycle, and complex shapes; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ceramic substrate prepared by the above method.
