NOVELTY - Preparation of polyaniline-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite electromagnetic shielding powder material involves adding carbon nanotubes and sodium lauryl sulfate to perchloric acid to obtain solution (A), mixing graphene oxide and perchloric acid to obtain solution (B), mixing to obtain solution (C), mixing solution (C) and aniline to obtain mixed solution (I), adding oxidant ammonium persulfate and perchloric acid to obtain mixed solution (II), stirring to obtain dark green reaction solution, drying and washing with water, ethanol and acetone. USE - Preparation of polyaniline-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite electromagnetic shielding powder material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of polyaniline-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite electromagnetic shielding powder material having large specific surface area, relatively high conductivity and simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyaniline-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite electromagnetic shielding powder material involves adding 0.0052-0.0156 g carbon nanotubes and 1.5-3.0 mg sodium lauryl sulfate to concentration of 1 mol/L solution of 35 mL perchloric acid, ultrasonically processing to obtain solution (A), mixing 0.0099-0.0154 g graphene oxide and concentration of 1 mol/L solution of 35 mL perchloric acid, ultrasonically processing to obtain solution (B), mixing and ultrasonically processing solution (A) and solution (B) to obtain solution (C), mixing solution (C) and 183 mu l aniline in an ice bath to obtain mixed solution (I), adding 0.3038-0.3048 g oxidant ammonium persulfate and concentration of 1 mol/L solution of 5 mL perchloric acid, ultrasonically processing to obtain mixed solution (II), ultrasonically processing to obtain mixed solution (II), stirring mixed solution I and mixed solution II in the ice bath to obtain dark green reaction solution, filtering after 24 hours, drying to obtain polyaniline-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube powder material, washing with water, ethanol and acetone until the filtrate becomes clear, placing in vacuum oven and obtaining pure dark green polyaniline-graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite electromagnetic shielding powder material.
