NOVELTY - A high-shielding wear-resistant and anticorrosive coating comprises a component (A) including 20-30 pts. wt. resin base, 5-15 pts. wt. non-floating aluminum powder, 20-30 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano material, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. additives, 10-20 pts. wt. anti-rust pigment, 5-10 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, and 10-18 pts. wt. solvent. The component (B) comprises 70-80 pts. wt. phenalkamine, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 18-29 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The high-shielding wear-resistant and anticorrosive coating is used for hydraulic support structures in underground mine environment. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent shielding property, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-shielding wear-resistant and anticorrosive coating, which involves per-soaking nano-materials with N-methylpyrrolidone, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hour to obtain graphene slurry, adding solvents and additives to the resin base, mixing, adding ceramic powder, anti-rust pigment and graphene slurry, dispersing, grinding to obtain a mixed solution, adding non-floating aluminum powder to the mixed solution, dispersing to obtain component (A), stirring phenalkamine, coupling agent and organic solvent to obtain component (B), and mixing and stirring components (A) and (B).
