NOVELTY - The display substrate has edge protection area which is arranged around the periphery of the display area. The display substrate further comprises a substrate (201), a film layer unit (21) which is arranged on the substrate, and includes multiple organic layers and/or an inorganic layer laminated. The positive projection of the film layer units is overlapped with the substrate. The portion of the layer unit located at the edge protective area is provided with multiple cutting channels. The cutting channel is penetrated through portion of the base unit. A first protective layer (208) is provided on one side of the substrate away from the substrate and includes a conductive material. The portion of a material of the protective layer is filled in the cutting channel to form multiple parallel dam structures (210). The material of the first protective layer and the dam structure is provided with graphene USE - Display substrate for display device (claimed) such as flexible display product e.g. mobile phone, flat computer and other electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The display substrate is capable of improving display substrate edge peeling and bad water vapor intrusion, and reducing the frame size of the display substrate. The material of the first protection layer is used for filling the cutting channel so as to form a set of dam structures connected in parallel, to block the organic layer and/or inorganic layer in the film layer unit, which can further improve the display device.
