▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High temperature resistant, flame retardant adhesive for glass wool comprises modified phenolic resin, graphene oxide, auxiliary agent and deionized water, where the phenolic resin is formed by reacting phenolic resin with carbamide in phenol and formaldehyde under modified catalysis of sodium hydroxide and melamine. USE - Used as high temperature resistant flame-retardant adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant flame-retardant adhesive: utilizes modified phenolic resin that improves heat resistance and mechanical property of the adhesive, thus greatly improving the performance stability; and exhibits excellent toughness, flexibility, water resistance, aging-resistant performance, high temperature resistance and flame retardancy; and is safe and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant flame retardant adhesive for glass wool comprising (1) heating and stirring phenol and formaldehyde, and uniformly mixing the graphite oxide and adding olefin to the mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution of the graphene oxide-modified phenolic resin, (2) adding the melamine and the urea to the reaction vessel of the graphene oxide-modified phenolic resin mixed solution, and fully stirring to obtain graphene oxide and melamine and urea modified phenolic resin mixed solution, (3) lowering the temperature to room temperature, and adjusting concentration and adjust pH to neutral, and (4) adding curing agent, coupling agent, pH adjuster, and demineralised water to a certain ratio at room temperature in reaction kettle, stirring to mix evenly, and controlling the final high temperature resistant flame retardant adhesive to pH 7.3-9.
