NOVELTY - The capacitor has an electrode immersed into electrolyte solution. The electrode is fixed with a surface cover that is arranged with a manganese dioxide layer. The manganese dioxide layer is arranged with a graphite fiber that is immersed into the electrolyte solution, where diameter of the graphite fiber is 5-200 microns, and thickness of the manganese dioxide layer is 0.1-1 microns. The graphite fiber is coated with a gel electrolyte. USE - Graphene fiber base super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor has better conductivity ratio. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The electrolyte solution is sodium sulfate water solution, potassium hydroxide water solution, 4-tetraethyl ammonium acetonitrile solution, ammonium carbonate solution and 4-fluorin boric acid. The gel electrolyte contains polyethylene alcohol, anhydrous lithium chloride, water, polyvinyl alcohol and anhydrous lithium chloride. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene fiber base super capacitor manufacturing method.
