▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tungsten disulfide-graphene heterostructure based on liquid-phase ultrasonic method comprises respectively sonicating tungsten disulfide nanosheet dispersion and graphene dispersion at 100-200 W for 30 minutes to obtain respective pre-dispersion liquid, mixing the two pre-dispersion liquid and ultrasonicating at 50 degrees C for 6 hours using an ultrasonic device with a power of 200-600 W to obtain mixed dispersion liquid, vacuum filtering the mixed dispersion liquid using a filter having a pore diameter of 0.1-0.4 m, then collecting the filter cake, vacuum drying the filter cake. USE - The method is useful in preparing tungsten disulfide-graphene heterostructure based on liquid-phase ultrasonic method (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to control. The heterostructure is suitable in the field of lithium ion battery, catalytic hydrogen production and in the field of electromagnetic wave absorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing tungsten disulfide-graphene heterostructure based on liquid-phase ultrasonic method comprises: (i) taking 1 mg/ml tungsten disulfide nanosheet ethanol dispersion and graphene ethanol dispersion in a volume ratio of 9:1-7:1 as raw materials; (ii) respectively sonicating tungsten disulfide nanosheet dispersion and graphene dispersion at 100-200 W for 30 minutes to obtain respective pre-dispersion liquid; (iii) mixing the two pre-dispersion liquid and ultrasonicating at 50 degrees C for 6 hours using an ultrasonic device with a power of 200-600 W to obtain mixed dispersion liquid; (iv) vacuum filtering the mixed dispersion liquid using a filter having a pore diameter of 0.1-0.4 m, then collecting the filter cake; and (v) vacuum drying the filter cake at 80 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain black product.
