▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flame retardant warm-mixing induction heating self-healing asphalt concrete comprises mixing 1-3 pts. wt. organosilicone modified layered double metal hydroxide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. organic viscosity reducing agent uniformly to obtain the flame retardant warm mixing agent, pre-mixing 4-8 pts. wt. steel wool fiber and pre-heating to 130-140 degrees C of 1800-2200 pts. wt. aggregate, adding 100 pts. wt. modified asphalt pre-heated into 140-150 degrees C and flame retardant warm mixing agent to stir for 85-95 seconds, adding 170-230 pts. wt. mineral powder to stir for 85-95 seconds and molding. The organic viscosity reducing agent is 15C-30C fatty hydrocarbon compound. The aggregate is basalt and/or limestone, and the gradation of the aggregate is asphalt concrete, stone matrix asphalt, and/or ppen-graded friction courses. The modified asphalt is styrene-butadiene-styrene modified asphalt. The mineral powder is limestone mineral powder. USE - Preparation of flame-retardant warm-mixing induction heating self-healing concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of flame-retardant warm-mixing induction heating self-healing concrete with excellent synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flame-retardant warm-mixing induction heating self-healing asphalt concrete.
