NOVELTY - Preparing three dimensional (3D) graphene nanoribbon-MXene-rubber composite masterbatch, comprises controlling cutting of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by oxidation method thus outer tube part is expanded longitudinally, while the inner tube is retained the, inner tube is a multi-walled carbon nanotube having reduced diameter, and the outer tube is graphene nanobelt to obtain 3D graphene nanoribbon, then using coupling agent to couple the 3D graphene nanoribbon with MXene, and constructing 3D graphene nanoribbon-MXene, then adopting the latex flocculation method to compound the 3D graphene nanoribbon-MXene and rubber to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing 3D graphene nanoribbon-MXene-rubber composite masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method: overcomes the shortcomings existing multi-walled carbon nanotubes, MXene and rubber matrix having poor bonding and difficult to disperse in 3D graphene nanoribbon having high conductivity and surface activity to the rubber field. The composite masterbatch: has excellent electrical conductivity, barrier, thermal conductivity and mechanical strength.
