NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide-chlorinated chitosan antibacterial material, involves adding chlorinated chitosan to water, stirring the mixture until completely dissolved to obtain solution I, adding graphene oxide to water, performing sonication of the mixture to obtain solution II, mixing solution I and solution II to obtain solution III, heating the solution III, stirring the solution III, reacting the solution III, concentrating the solution, precipitating the solution, and freeze-drying the precipitate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-chlorinated chitosan antibacterial material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing the modified filter material using the graphene oxide-chlorinated chitosan antibacterial material, involves screening quartz sand filter material with particle size of 0.8-2 mm, pretreatment to remove impurities, adding graphene oxide-chlorinated chitosan antibacterial material to water, performing sonication of the mixture to obtain solution IV, adding above-mentioned spare quartz sand filter material to the above solution IV, heating the solution, and drying the solution to obtain modified filter material; (2) use of the modified filter material, in advanced treatment of domestic sewage; and (3) modified filter material, prepared by the method.
