NOVELTY - A self-inoculating coating comprises 35-60 wt.% mineral clay, 3-8 wt.% egg shell, 1-2.5 wt.% graphene, 1-3.5 wt.% talc powder, 1.5-4.5 wt.% inoculant, 0.2-0.6 wt.% disodium hydrogen phosphate and remaining water. USE - Self-inoculating coating. ADVANTAGE - The self-inoculating coating is prepared by economical, safe and simple process without adding inoculant to molten iron at high temperature.
