NOVELTY - The sensor has an inter-digital electrode (2) formed with a substrate layer (1) and fixed with a graphene oxide thin film (3). An N-type deposition module is fixed with a film inter-digital electrode structure-methyl pyrrole film (4). A poly N-methyl pyrrole material is fixed with the graphene oxide thin film. The substrate layer is applied with silicon dioxide or silicon solution. USE - Nitrogen dioxide gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can improve nitrogen dioxide gas mixing efficiency and nitrogen dioxide gas detecting efficiency, reduce production cost and provide better experiment function. The sensor is simple in structure, convenient to operate and easy to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a nitrogen dioxide gas sensor manufacturing method.
