NOVELTY - A PVC film comprises 80-120 pts. wt. PVC resin, 10-15 pts. wt. modified mesoporous hollow polymer nanospheres, 10-20 pts. wt. (2Z)-4-oxo4-(3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6-dihydro-(1,2,4)triazolo(4,3-a)pyrazin-7(8H)-yl)-1-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)but-2-en-2-amine/triethoxysilylpropyl maleic acid/acrylonitrile copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. 2,4,6-tris(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,5-triazine, 5-8 pts. wt. vermiculite, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. amino graphene quantum dots, and 3-5 pts. wt. tributyl citrate. USE - PVC film for train floors. ADVANTAGE - The self-repairing PVC film has excellent wear resistance, non-slip properties, flexibility, impact resistance, cushioning properties, and performance stability, and long service life.
