NOVELTY - Manufacturing reinforced wood floor comprises (a) adding graphene powder into impregnating resin and uniformly dispersing, where the added amount of graphene is 0.3-4.0 wt.% of the solid content of the impregnating resin, using the resin added with graphene as adhesive to dipping to obtain graphene balance paper, where the resin comprises urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine resin, phenolic resin and/or acrylic resin, (b) hot-pressing the wear-resistant paper, decorative paper, coating paper and graphene balance paper on the surface and back of the base material, where the hot-pressing temperature is 110-190degrees Celsius for 15-40 s and the pressure is 12-18 microPa, and (c) preserving, cutting, grooving, checking and packaging. USE - The reinforced wood floor is useful for split floor heating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wood floor: is good for residence health; has simple preparation process, low heat loss, high heat conductivity and uniformity; can quickly transmit the heat and ensure high heating efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reinforced wood floor prepared by the above mentioned method.
