NOVELTY - A graphene-added color crown rubber comprises 30-40 pts. wt. full latex natural rubber, 25-35 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber 1502E, 25-45 pts. wt. butadiene rubber-9000, 45-65 pts. wt. white carbon, 3.5-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 9-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. mixture of styrenated phenols, 4.5-7 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol-4000, 1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 5-15 pts. wt. environmentally-friendly naphthenic oil, 1-3 pts. wt. 5C resin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. pigment and 1-4 pts. wt. insoluble sulfur. USE - Graphene-added color crown rubber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-added color crown rubber has excellent tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance, and can meet the national standard requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-added color crown rubber, which involves: (1) mixing all latex natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber in an internal mixer for 45-90 seconds, and leaving still for more than 8 hours; (2) subjecting the obtained plastic film to plastication for 45-90 seconds in an internal mixer, adding one fourth of the total amount of white carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, 5C resin and adhesive, mixing for 100-150 seconds in an internal mixer, then adding the remaining quarter of white carbon black and environmentally friendly naphthenic oil, and mixing for 350-600 seconds in an internal mixer to prepare mixed rubber; and (3) leaving still the mixed rubber prepared in step (2) for more than 4 hours, adding accelerator and sulfur, and mixing to obtain the product.
