NOVELTY - In-line preparation method of small-sized metal oxide on graphene, involves using laser with a wavelength of 200-600 nm to irradiate graphene-metal ion reaction liquid to obtain a small-sized metal oxide with a particle size of less than 3 nm in-line on the graphene where the graphene-metal ion reaction liquid is a flocculant mixed solution after the graphene adsorbs and complexes metal ions, a flocculant mixed solution in which graphene oxide adsorbs and complexes metal ions, or a flocculant mixed solution in which reduced graphene oxide adsorbs and complexes metal ions. USE - In-line preparation method of small-sized metal oxide on graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares small-sized metal oxide on graphene with particle size of less than 3 nm and uniform height dispersion, and avoids the need of adding any other chemical agents such as reducing agent and stabilizer, has no requirement on the amount of raw materials. The preparation method is simple to operate, and achieves high green efficiency.
