NOVELTY - Graphene/boron nitride/metal fiber/polyamide compound comprises 100 pts. wt. polyamide , 5-30 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. boron nitride, 10-30 pts. wt. polyhydroxy hyperbranched polyamide, 5-25 pts. wt. metal fiber. USE - Graphene/boron nitride/metal fiber/polyamide compound for preparing heat-conducting plastic for high-power LED lamps. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/boron nitride/metal fiber/polyamide compound has excellent thermal conductivity, the thermal conductivity reaches 5-15.6 W / m.k, has excellent mechanical and abrasion resistance, tensile strength is higher than 65MPa, impact strength is higher than 86KJ / m2, which can meet the requirements for the use of thermally conductive plastics for high-power LED lamps.
