▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene glass is auxiliary prepared by ion implantation by performing metal ion implantation on glass substrate to obtain metal ion-doped glass, and performing chemical vapor deposition on surface of metal ion-doped glass. USE - The method is for ion implantation auxiliary preparation of graphene glass. ADVANTAGE - The method improves cracking ability of glass surface carbon source, promotes nucleation and growth of graphene crystal domains, controls layer number of graphene and improves quality of graphene. The glass has graphene optical transmittance of 79.9-95.2% and surface resistance of 2.31-7.84 k m-ohm/sq.
