▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing flexible sensor, involves dispersing graphene in polymer polymeric material, adding carbon nanotube to polymer polymeric material, applying alternating current field to polymer polymeric material added to carbon nanotube to obtain composite material, attaching polymer polymeric material film to obtained composite material, pre-embedding carbon fiber, heating and curing to obtain sensor. USE - The method is used for manufacturing flexible sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method introduces carbon nanotubes bridging effect and electric field-induced alignment under suitable ratio of high molecular polymer materials such as graphene-polydimethylsiloxane or poly(methyl methacrylate) to improve the dry mixing method. The flexible sensor fabricated by improved dry-mixing method enhances the electrical conductivity, piezoresistive properties and mechanical properties of high molecular polymer materials, such as carbon nanotubes-graphene-polydimethylsiloxane or poly(methyl methacrylate).
