NOVELTY - A reduced graphene-assisted biochip comprises a substrate, a positive charge modifying layer, a reduced graphene layer, an initiator layer and a polymer brush layer, in order. USE - Reduced graphene-assisted biochip used in detection and analysis of biomolecular interactions (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biochip is prepared by a simple method, and has high biomolecule detection sensitivity and intensity.
