NOVELTY - Double-membrane composite antibacterial filter material comprises polytetrafluoroethylene surface layer, an antibacterial melt-blown cloth layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene encapsulation layer. The antibacterial melt-blown cloth layer includes a composite antibacterial melt-blown cloth layer. The composite antibacterial melt-blown cloth layer sequentially includes the first polypropylene surface layer, the first silver-plated carbon nanomaterial modified melt-blown layer, modified glass fiber core layer, second silver coated carbon nanomaterial modified meltblown layer and second polypropylene face layer. The polytetrafluoroethylene encapsulation layer comprises a glass fiber film as a base film and covers a polytetrafluoroethylene single film as a surface film on the base film. The thickness ratio of the polytetrafluoroethylene surface layer, the antibacterial melt-blown cloth layer and the polytetrafluoroethylene encapsulation layer is 3:8:2. USE - The antibacterial filter material is useful for air dust removing, sterilizing and filtering for preventing virus infection and diffusion. ADVANTAGE - The double polytetrafluoroethylene film composite antibacterial filter material has high filtering efficiency and filtering precision, and excellent structure strength.
