NOVELTY - Graphene powder based metal rust inhibitor comprises 30-50 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 5-12 pts. wt. sodium benzoate, 12-18 pts. wt. inositol hexaphosphate, 1-6 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 0.2-3 pts. wt. complexing agent, 0.2-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 0.2-1 pts. wt. graphene powder and 20-60 pts. wt. water. USE - Graphene powder based metal rust inhibitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene powder based metal rust inhibitor, which involves: (A) adding phosphoric acid, sodium nitrate and corrosion inhibitor to water; (B) heating and stirring mixture to obtain mixed solution; (C) adding sodium benzoate, inositol hexaphosphate, complexing agent, surfactant and graphene powder to mixed solution; and (D) stirring the mixture to obtain the graphite powder based metal rust inhibitor.
