NOVELTY - Preparing chitosan-packaged nano-silver graphene oxide composite antibacterial material involves mixing 0.1 wt.% silver nitrate solution and 0.1 wt.% O-carboxymethyl chitosan solution in volume ratio of 20:80-1:99. The mixed solution is stirred in 4mL quartz cuvette at room temperature for 0.5-1 hours. The stirred material is sealed in presence of nitrogen. The sealed quartz cuvette is irradiated with ultraviolet lamp for 15 minutes. The mixed solution is stirred with anhydrous ethanol for 60 minutes to obtain precipitate that is washed for two times with 50% ethanol. USE - Method for preparing chitosan-packaged nano-silver graphene oxide composite antibacterial material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare chitosan-packaged nano-silver graphene oxide composite antibacterial material that ensures no chemical additive content, reduced toxicity of antibacterial agent, good antibacterial effect, no harm to human body, low cost and green and environment-friendly preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing chitosan-packaged nano-silver graphene oxide composite antibacterial material involves mixing 0.1 wt.% silver nitrate solution and 0.1 wt.% O-carboxymethyl chitosan solution in volume ratio of 20:80-1:99.
