▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The brake has a brake shoe (1) provided with a flat or arc-shaped shoe plate main body (1.1). The shoe plate main body is provided with an opposite bottom surface (1.3) and a connecting surface (1.2). A connecting structure (3) is fixed on the connecting surface. The connecting structure is provided with a convex array and pit array that are staggered or overlapped. Friction lining (2) is pressed into the connecting structure on the connecting surface by friction material and pressed into sheet with thickness S, and integrally connected with brake shoe through the connecting structure. Depth of the pit is less than S/2, and height of the protruding connecting surface is less than S/2. USE - Used as integrated graphene brake. ADVANTAGE - The brake has synergetic effect and excellent anti-heat fading performance, and greatly improves bonding force of the brake shoe and the friction lining. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the integrated graphene brake comprising (A) mixing 80-90 wt.% wheat straw modified graphene oxide powder, 3-5 wt.% ultra-fine copper powder, 2-10 wt.% ultra-fine nickel powder, 3-5 wt.% electrostatic powder, 1-2 wt.% surfactant and 1-2 wt.% trigger agent to prepare mixed liquid, heating to 70 degrees C, uniformly stirring to obtain the friction material mixed liquid; (B) soaking the cotton fiber into the friction material mixed liquid, using ultrasonic vibration treatment to completely soak the cotton fiber, obtaining cotton fiber impregnated with friction material; (C) drying into special drying container, using expansion valve to inject small amount of steam into the container; pressurizing for 4 kg; controlling the temperature in the container at 70 degrees C; slowly drying for 2 hours; ensuring that more than 80 % of the friction material is adsorbed on the cotton fiber; (D) cutting the cotton fiber to a length of 0.5-1.5 cm, preparing graphene friction particles; permeating the wheat straw modified graphene oxide glue to lift upper mold; spraying a certain amount of wheat straw modified graphene oxide glue water into the surface of the friction lining; secondary pressing and forming; from the bottom surface of the brake shoe; cutting the heat-conducting fiber bundle on the top surface of the friction lining; ejecting out to obtain the integrated brake blank; processing the integrated brake blank into the high pressure box for reinforcing treatment at 9-12 MPa and 70-75 degrees C for 3 hours; mechanical processing according to product drawing and technical requirement for grinding, rust prevention and jacket processing. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a schematic view illustrating the integrated graphene brake.
