▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device (1) comprises a container (10) which is provided for receiving an electrolyte, an anode (4) and a cathode (3) which consists of diamond. The device further comprises a separator (5) which separates the anode from the cathode. The separator is in contact with the surface of anode. The separator comprises diamond and/or PTFE and/or alumina and/or ceramics and/or quartz and/or glass. USE - Device for expansion of graphite into graphene flakes. Uses include but are not limited to constituent of conductive inks to provide conductive coatings, printed electronics, or conductive contacts for solar cells, capacitors, or batteries. ADVANTAGE - By applying electrical voltage, constituents of the electrolyte intercalate into the crystal planes of the graphite and/or chemisorbed on the surface of graphite particles in order to separate individual crystal planes. Desorption of hydrogen from graphene flakes is reversible so that oxygen-free or oxygen-poor graphene is produced, which can also be hydrogen-free or has low-hydrogen, so a higher-quality graphene whose electrical conductivity is not reduced by oxides is provided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for expansion of graphite into graphene flakes. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the device for expansion of graphite into graphene flakes.
