NOVELTY - The device has a reaction kettle (1) whose bottom portion is provided with a carbon dioxide distributor (8). An input end of the carbon dioxide distributor is connected with a heat and power cogeneration system through a carbon dioxide compression device (7). A heater (10) is arranged above the carbon dioxide distributor. A top portion of the heater is provided with a steam pipeline (9). Liquid alloy (4) is filled between the heater and an inner wall of the reaction kettle. An end of a carbon sheet conveying pipeline (17) extends into a carbon sheet reaction tank (11). The carbon sheet conveying pipeline is equipped with a sealing valve (16). USE - Carbon dioxide conversion utilization based heat and power cogeneration device for use in thermal power plant for combined production of carbon sheet or graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device forms the way of cogeneration, which greatly improves the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency of the system, realizes the distributed energy supply and carbon capture, and can be recycled, reduces the production operation total cost of the thermal power plant.
