NOVELTY - Preparation of sterile film involves placing PVC resin, crosslinking agent and initiator into the mixer, mixing at room temperature for 24-36 hours to obtain mixed PVC resin raw materials, dissolving graphene oxide in 10-20 wt.% tertiary amine solution, ultrasonically dispersing, heating to 50-60 degrees C, adding mixed PVC resin raw materials, ball milling for 25-35 minutes, passing the mixture through 325 mesh sieve, concentrating, spray-drying to obtain modified PVC resin powder, adding raw material (A) to high-speed mixer, mixing, roughening, refining, pouring the mixture into the cold mixer for 3-5 minutes, cooling to natural water temperature, transferring to the intermediate bucket for mixing, introducing the mixed materials into the planetary extruder, extruding at 150-160 degrees C, subjecting the mixture to rolling mill to gelate, filtering, rolling the filtered jelly, embossing, cooling, tempering, softening, trimming and curling in an inverted L-type six-roll calender. USE - Preparation of sterile film. ADVANTAGE - The method produces sterile film utilizing graphene oxide which improves the antibacterial performance and high temperature stability of the film. The film utilizes crosslinking agent, initiator and PVC resin which are ball milled in a tertiary amine solution to introduce quaternary ammonium group in PVC molecular chain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of sterile film involves placing PVC resin, crosslinking agent and initiator into the mixer, mixing at room temperature for 24-36 hours to obtain mixed PVC resin raw materials, dissolving graphene oxide in 10-20 wt.% tertiary amine solution, ultrasonically dispersing, heating to 50-60 degrees C, adding mixed PVC resin raw materials, ball milling for 25-35 minutes, passing the mixture through 325 mesh sieve, concentrating, spray-drying to obtain modified PVC resin powder, adding raw material (A) to high-speed mixer, mixing at 150-160 degrees C at a speed of 60-120 rpm and 1100-1200rpm for 10-15 minutes, roughening at 165-175 degrees C for 6-10 minutes, refining at 175-185 degrees C for 5-6 minutes, pouring the mixture into the cold mixer for 3-5 minutes, cooling to natural water temperature, transferring to the intermediate bucket for mixing, introducing the mixed materials into the planetary extruder, extruding at 150-160 degrees C, subjecting the mixture to rolling mill to gelate, filtering, rolling the filtered jelly, embossing, cooling, tempering, softening, trimming and curling in an inverted L-type six-roll calender.
