NOVELTY - A sunlight-driven portable photoelectrochemical sensor preparing method involves preparing a silver titanium dioxide hydrogel three-dimensional graphene nano composite hydrogel material and a carbon nitride nanosheet, fabricating an indium tin oxide electrode with two working areas, modifying silver titanium dioxide hydrogel three-dimensional graphene nano composite hydrogel material and a carbon nitride nanosheet on the surface of the working electrodes and drying, treating with chitosan, modifying the aflatoxin B1 aptamer solution, rinsing several times with phosphate buffer solution for a period of time, blocking an unbound active site with bovine serum albumin, and washing several times with phosphate buffer solution to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing sunlight-driven portable photoelectrochemical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing sunlight-driven portable photoelectrochemical sensor with better photoelectric activity and stability, in fast, convenient and accurate manner.
