▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing large amount of pure graphene comprises granulating the pulverized graphite metal component, sulfur, ash, hydrogen and nitrogen, removing humidity from natural synthetic graphite with greater than or equal to 96% carbon, milling graphite in a ball mill grinder, mixing the graphite powder with solvent of alcohol or dimethylformamide or water, conveying graphite powder with greater than or equal to 96% carbon for ultrasonic treatment to form plane layer, separating individual sheets of graphene from graphite, forming graphene gel from dispersion, and separating graphene with greater than or equal to 96% pure carbon in solvent. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing large amount of pure graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method allows to obtain pure graphene from natural graphite and synthetic graphite in large quantities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing large amount of pure graphene comprises granulating the pulverized graphite metal component, sulfur, ash, hydrogen and nitrogen, removing humidity from natural synthetic graphite with greater than or equal to 96% carbon, milling graphite in a ball mill grinder, mixing the graphite powder with solvent of alcohol or dimethylformamide or water, conveying graphite powder with greater than or equal to 96% carbon for ultrasonic treatment to form plane layer, separating individual sheets of graphene from graphite, forming graphene gel from dispersion, in which separated individual graphene sheets remain intact, and separating graphene with greater than or equal to 96% pure carbon in solvent. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene gel produced by the above mentioned method; and (2) pure graphene with greater than or equal to 96% carbon obtained by spearing graphene from graphene gel in the solvent and removing the solvent settled in graphene.
