▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene film-modified double-tapered micro/Nano fiber coupler sensing unit provided with an uniform lumbar region, a first transition zone, and a second transition zone. The uniform lumbar region is plated with a single-layer graphene film. The first transition zone is provided with first input port, and a second input port. The second transition zone is provided with a first output port and a second output port. The first the input port and first output port are connected with a hyper continuous broad band light source and a spectrum analyzer through a connecting optical fiber (6). An interference spectrum outputs a temperature value measured by a wavelength drift through a spectrum analyzer when ambient temperature changes. USE - Graphene film modified double-conical micro optical fiber coupler based temperature sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is inexpensive, compact in structure, convenient to integrate with a fiber optic systems, ensures simple manufacturing process, improves sensitivity of an effective refractive index of an inter-mode interference of a coupler by a high thermo-optical coefficient and high thermal conductivity of a graphene film to realize higher temperature measurement sensitivity, and has high linearity, repeatability and stability.
