NOVELTY - Composite graphene-scattered mother particle comprises 48-52 wt.% graphene, 15-32 wt.% N-phenyl-N-((trichloromethyl)thio)benzenesulfonamide, 5-14 wt.% rubber carrier, 2-8 wt.% coupling agent, 1-4 wt.% stearic acid 1-monoglyceride, 1-3 wt.% polyethylene glycol and 3-12 wt.% paraffin oil. USE - Composite graphene-scattered mother particle. ADVANTAGE - The composite graphene-scattered mother particle is eco-friendly, and has improved vulcanization and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite graphene-scattered mother particle, which involves: (A) preparing each raw material needed by the mother particles; (B) grinding N-phenyl-N-((trichloromethyl)thio)benzenesulfonamide, till the grain diameter is 150 mu m; (C) mixing the graphene and the rubber carrier, where mixture is divided in three parts; (D) heating the mixture at 80 degrees C; (E) adding 1/3 in the mixer of the rubber carrier and 1/3 of graphene firstly; (F) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 70r/min; (G) adding 1/3 of graphene and coupling agent; (H) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 70r/min; (I) adding 1/3 of carrier and 1/3 of rubber graphite; (J) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 80r/min; (K) adding 1/3 of rubber carrier, N-phenyl-N-((trichloromethyl)thio)benzenesulfonamide, stearic acid 1-monoglyceride, polyethylene glycol and paraffin oil; (L) stirring the obtained mixture with the speed of 85r/min; (M) mixing each raw material, under the temperature of 80 degrees C; (N) discharging and obtaining rubber material; (O) controlling the main given speed at 65r/min; (P) feeding the glue material; and (Q) extruding and granulating by 80 meshes filter screen.
