NOVELTY - One-step synthesis of magnetic graphene involves formulating graphene oxide and ferric chloride hexahydrate to water solution, adding urea and sodium alginate, transferring to 200 degrees C heating reaction kettle, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing and drying. USE - Method for one-step synthesizing magnetic graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has uniform appearance and grain distribution, particle average size of 7 nm, excellent catalytic performance in catalytic degradation of methylene blue in Photo-Fenton system, and degradation rate of 96% at room temperature and near-neutral (pH of 6) after 120 minutes. It keeps good catalytic performance.
