NOVELTY - Preparing an antibacterial suture line with oriented microstructure, involves dissolving protein powder into a working solution to obtain a protein solution, allowing the solution to stand to obtain a protein nanofiber dispersion, and allowing the protein nanofiber dispersion liquid to stand to obtain an oriented protein nanofiber dispersion liquid. Graphene oxide dispersion liquid and antibacterial drug solution are added to the oriented protein nanofiber dispersion liquid to obtain a mixed liquid. The mixed solution is loaded into a syringe and injected into a coagulation bath by a peristaltic pump to obtain a suture initial product. After continuous soaking, the initial product of the suture thread is taken out and washed, followed by drying to obtain the antibacterial suture line with an oriented microstructure.
